Privacy policy

This site collects as little data as possible. We run no analytics, we do not profile visitors and we use no tracking tools. Below is exactly what happens to the data you leave with us.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is [TO BE COMPLETED: full company name], registered at ul. Sienkiewicza 85/87, floor 11, unit 8, 90-057 Łódź, Poland, VAT ID [TO BE COMPLETED].

For anything concerning personal data, write to [TO BE COMPLETED: e-mail address].

What data we collect

The only place where we ask you for data is the contact forms — the general one and the enquiries about a specific yacht or property. At that point we record:

your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you provide one), the content of your message, your proposed price (if you are making an offer), the language of the site and the IP address the form was sent from.

We store the IP address solely to limit spam. It is not used to identify individuals or for analytics.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use the data from the form only to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation about the offer. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and — for business contact itself — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send a newsletter and we do not use this data for marketing unless you explicitly ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to three years from the last contact — roughly the length of a typical yacht or property purchase, and the limitation period for related claims. You may ask us to delete them sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing purposes. Access is limited to:

the provider of the server hosting this site and the provider of the mailbox we correspond through — both under data processing agreements.

If a transaction goes ahead, your data will also reach a notary, a law firm or a public authority — but only to the extent required for that specific transaction, and only at that point.

Cookies

The site uses two cookies and both are strictly necessary: one stores your session, the other protects the forms against CSRF attacks. They do not require consent, because without them the site simply does not work.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool. Typefaces are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends no data to Google.

Content embedded from other services

Some yacht pages embed video from YouTube. The player loads in restricted-cookie mode, but if you click play, YouTube may set its own cookies and collect data about the playback, under the terms of Google’s privacy policy. Nothing is sent there until you click.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and restrict its processing, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Write to us and we will act on your request without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we process data, we will update this document and change the date below.
